使用「水豚學韓文」即表示你同意以下條款。

1. 服務說明

本 App 提供韓語學習內容，包含四十音、單字、測驗、發音練習、歌詞跟讀本與 TOPIK 模擬題等功能。 功能與內容會持續更新。

2. 使用規範

  • 本 App 僅供個人學習使用
  • 請勿以任何方式重製、散布或販售 App 內的教材內容
  • 請勿嘗試反向工程、破解或干擾服務運作
  • 使用歌詞跟讀本等需要你自行貼入內容的功能時，請確認你有權使用該內容

3. 帳號

本 App 不需要建立帳號，也不需要登入。學習資料存在你的裝置本機。

4. 訂閱

4.1 免費內容

以下內容不需訂閱即可使用：

  • 完整四十音學習（40 個字母）
  • 基礎單字
  • 基本測驗功能
  • 每日漫畫

4.2 Capybara Pro

訂閱 Capybara Pro 可解鎖：

  • 完整單字庫與進階分類（KPOP 用語、應援、日常會話、飲食等）
  • 歌詞跟讀本的完整功能
  • 發音跟讀的較高使用額度，以及較長的錄音保留期限（見隱私權政策 1.4）
  • TOPIK 模擬考的完整題庫
  • 後續新增的課程內容

各項功能的免費額度與 Pro 額度以 App 內顯示為準。

4.3 訂閱條款

  • 訂閱透過 Apple App Store 處理
  • 訂閱會自動續訂，除非在當期結束前至少 24 小時取消
  • 續訂費用會在當期結束前 24 小時內從你的 Apple ID 扣款
  • 你可以在 iOS 設定的訂閱項目中管理或取消訂閱
  • 若有提供免費試用，未使用完的部分會在你購買訂閱時失效

5. 內容與智慧財產

App 內的教材、插圖、水豚角色與音檔為我們或授權方所有。 你自行貼入的內容（例如歌詞）仍屬於原著作權人，我們不會主張任何權利。

6. 免責聲明

本 App 是學習輔助工具。我們盡力確保內容正確，但不保證所有翻譯、發音評分或 TOPIK 模擬題與實際考試完全一致。發音評分為機器判斷結果，僅供參考。

7. 服務變更與終止

我們可能會新增、修改或移除功能。若有影響已訂閱用戶權益的重大變更，會事先在 App 內說明。

8. 條款變更

條款若有變更，會更新本頁最上方的日期。

By using Capybara Korean you agree to the following terms.

1. The service

The App provides Korean learning content including the Hangul alphabet, vocabulary, quizzes, pronunciation practice, a lyrics book and TOPIK practice questions. Features and content are updated over time.

2. Acceptable use

  • The App is for personal learning use
  • Do not reproduce, distribute or sell the learning content
  • Do not reverse engineer, tamper with, or disrupt the service
  • When using features where you paste in your own content (such as the lyrics book), make sure you have the right to use that content

3. Accounts

No account or login is required. Learning data is stored locally on your device.

4. Subscriptions

4.1 Free content

  • The complete Hangul alphabet (40 letters)
  • Basic vocabulary
  • Basic quiz features
  • The daily comic

4.2 Capybara Pro

A Capybara Pro subscription unlocks:

  • The full vocabulary library and advanced categories (K-pop terms, fan chants, daily phrases, food and more)
  • Full lyrics book functionality
  • A higher Shadowing quota and longer recording retention (see Privacy Policy 1.4)
  • The full TOPIK practice question set
  • Future course additions

Free and Pro quotas for each feature are as shown in the App.

4.3 Subscription terms

  • Subscriptions are processed through the Apple App Store
  • Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period
  • Your Apple ID is charged within 24 hours prior to the end of the current period
  • You can manage or cancel subscriptions in your iOS Settings
  • Where a free trial is offered, any unused portion is forfeited when you purchase a subscription

5. Content and intellectual property

The learning materials, illustrations, capybara characters and audio in the App belong to us or our licensors. Content you paste in yourself (such as lyrics) remains the property of its copyright holder; we claim no rights over it.

6. Disclaimer

The App is a learning aid. We work to keep content accurate but do not guarantee that every translation, pronunciation score or TOPIK practice question matches the real exam. Pronunciation scores are produced by automated analysis and are indicative only.

7. Changes to the service

We may add, modify or remove features. Significant changes affecting existing subscribers will be announced in the App beforehand.

8. Changes to these terms

If these terms change, the date at the top of this page will be updated.
